Registered Nurse | Home Health

Elara Caring is growing across Boston, Newton, and Arlington, and we're seeking Home Health Registered Nurses who want greater independence, meaningful patient relationships, and opportunities for professional growth. You'll provide skilled, one-on-one care within a dedicated territory while partnering with an experienced interdisciplinary team.

A Day in the Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Complete patient assessments and manage an assigned caseload

  • Develop and update individualized Plans of Care

  • Provide skilled nursing treatments and medication education

  • Monitor and communicate changes in patient condition

  • Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other providers

  • Help reduce avoidable hospitalizations

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation

You're a Great Fit If You Have

  • Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts

  • One year of experience in a clinical setting

  • Valid driver's license, dependable vehicle, and current insurance

  • Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory

  • Be able to work independently while being a part of a collaborative team

  • Sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
