What We Offer

This full-time night shift role offers the opportunity to provide specialized hemodialysis care to acutely ill patients across the hospital, including the dialysis department, ICUs, PCU, ED, and Neuroscience units. We are seeking an experienced dialysis nurse who is committed to working night shift and bringing strong clinical expertise to a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will perform both bedside and in-unit dialysis treatments, manage cycler and CAPD therapies, and apply advanced critical-thinking skills to support patients with complex needs. With patient ratios of 1:2 in the dialysis unit and 1:1 at the bedside, you will play a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality care while supporting interdisciplinary collaboration across multiple units.

Flexibility and accountability are essential, as patient census and care locations vary daily. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives on nights, values consistency in schedule, and is dedicated to excellence in dialysis care.
