We are currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (day-shift) to join our team at Sumter Correctional Institution located in Bushnell, Florida

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs of patients.

3-12 hour day-shift with rotating weekends

Also seeking nurses for PRN (as needed)

• Associate's degree required
• Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required
