Registered Nurse (RN)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday 

Evergreen Family Health is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our primary care practice in Williston, VT. As part of our clinical team, you’ll support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with procedures and care coordination

• Administering vaccines, medications, and performing phlebotomy

• Triage of patient calls and messages

• Supporting clinical documentation and follow-up tasks

Qualifications:

• Active Vermont RN license (required)

• BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Primary care or outpatient experience preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and EHR skills
