Join the Family Practice of Jay clinic as an RN Ambulatory, providing compassionate, patient-centered care across the lifespan while supporting providers with assessment, care coordination, education, and chronic disease management in an outpatient setting. This role collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, promote wellness, and enhance the patient experience. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7am-5pm. This is a full-time, day shift!
Qualifications:
Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
