Patient Care Area: Emergency Department (ER) with diverse patient types, including trauma, stroke, cardiac, and mental health cases

Pay & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $46.90
Pay package discussed upon application
Weekly pay via direct deposit

What Youll Do

Provide high-quality emergency care for a diverse patient population, from neonates to geriatrics
Perform assessments, administer medications, start IVs, and monitor patient status
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including charge nurses, house staff, RTs, and hospitalists
Support critical thinking in fast-paced environments and pass required competency exams, including EKG
Utilize EMR systems and medical equipment such as IV pumps and medication dispensers
Participate in orientation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

Active RN license in the state of employment
BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
1+ years of recent ER or ED experience (2+ years for first-time travelers)
Strong critical thinking and intravenous skills
Ability to pass EKG competency exam

Preferred:

Experience with Meditech Expanse EMR system
Ability to work flexible shifts, including holidays and every other weekend
