Requirements
" 1-year minimum ER experience
" AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH
" Active WA RN license
" EPIC charting experience
" References that cover 1 year of employment in their specialty within the last 3 years. 1 reference must be a supervisor, charge RNs accepted. (MUST SUB WITH 2 RECENT REFERENCES ON FILE)
" Must float to all 7 campuses: Ballard, Cherry Hill, Edmonds, First Hill, Issaquah, Mill Creek, and Redmond

" TNCC cert
EP Information
" Scheduling: Clinician must schedule 5 days (Wednesday-Sunday OR Thursday-Monday schedule is required) and work 3
" Guarantee: 3 Shifts
" 13 Week Contracts Available
" Extensions available if scheduling requirements are consistently met

Unit
" Adult/Pedi ER, Ambulance Triage, ED Holding, Lobby Triage
Orientation Details
" Orientation is 2 days (1 Virtual and 1 Unit)
" Online Virtual Orientation is held every other week on Mondays (clinician must be partially compliant 2 weeks before virtual orientation, because that is when we send the list to the client. Because of this, we need clinicians subbed far in advance)
" Virtual Orientation (Modules) Take about 22 hours total these are sent on Day 1
" Upon completion of Virtual Orientation, a one-shift Unit Orientation will be scheduled based on RN s availability.

Additional Details
" Returning employees coming to any Providence/Swedish facility are allowed to apply after a 6-month separation from any of the Providence/Swedish facilities. Please provide past employment dates on the submittal.
" Travelers may NOT work at a Providence facility (perm or PRN) and also accept a travel job at another Providence facility at the same time.
" COVID Vaccine Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only. Declinations must be approved by the facility, and the CNA must fill out a facility-specific declination form prior to starting
