• Pay Rate: $77.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 7:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Summary

This is a travel contract Registered Nurse position in the Electrophysiology (EP) Lab at a hospital facility in Rochester, NY. The role requires hands-on clinical expertise in EP procedures, cardiac monitoring, and specialized interventional skills. RNs must have a mandatory competency with phlebotomy as well as placing IVs, as this is a required skill for any RN at this facility. The candidate must also be able to scrub and/or use the Micropace monitoring system for ablations.

Education Requirements

• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• NY RN License required (NY is not a Compact state; pending license not accepted)

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• First-time travelers accepted

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• No weekends, holidays, or call required
• On-call not required
• Block schedule accommodated when possible (not guaranteed)
• No local candidates (75-mile radius restriction applies)
• RTO restricted to no more than 1 week during the contract
• Scrubs provided

Important Notes

• Pending license not accepted active NY RN license required at time of submission
• No local candidates candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility
• RTO: No more than 1 week of requested time off will be permitted during the contract
