Will position float between units: Yes
Is on-call required? Yes 1 night per week and 1 weekend per 4 week schedule period
Are weekends required? Yes When on call 1 x per 4 week schedule
Are block schedules required? No
What are expected ratios? 1:3 on the floor. And 1:1 in the procedural room
Special requirements: Must have endoscopy circulator and teaching experience in addition to pre/post op.
Are 48 hours approved: No

Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent
*Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.
If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.
Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
