    Requirements:

    The following experience is required:

    • 2 years of GI/Endoscopy Experience
    • IV insertion
    • Phlebotomy skill
    • Conscious sedation experience

    Education:

    • New York State RN License,
    • Primary Source Verification,
    • AHA BLS,
    • IV/Phlebotomy experience,
    • AHA ACLS,
