Facility: Porter Medical Center (Middlebury, VT)
Unit: Emergency Department
Position Description: 12H Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM), 36 hrs/week. Backfill - ASAP start. No floating. Charge experience highly preferred. Every other weekend minimum; must work 2 of 4 holidays.
Requirements: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, NRP, NIHSS (prior to start) and TNCC (or proof of class date in packet). Prior travel required (1 assignment). Minimum 2 years in-unit experience.
Requirements common to UVM Health: EPIC experience within the past 2 years required (non-negotiable). Interview services to offer. Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays. No block schedules. All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained; complete work history required (bed count, EMR, facility type). Public transportation not accessible - reliable vehicle needed (snow/all-season tires Nov-Apr).
