• Weekend REQ? Yes EOW
  
  
• Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs??? Yes- St. Charles Bend/Madras
  
  
• Locals Accepted: No - 75 mile radius rule. Please submit proof of address
  
  
• Pending License Accepted: No
