Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an exciting potential opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) at the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.

Position Type: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to support the health and well-being of our nation's Veterans. This role requires strong clinical judgment, patient advocacy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services in a federal healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses.
• Document patient care accurately within the electronic health record.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and health management.
• Collaborate with providers and healthcare teams to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum one year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
