Location: Cypress, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $40.00/hour

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Dean's Professional Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (CV Surgery) to support a leading healthcare organization in Cypress, TX. This opportunity is ideal for a skilled RN who excels in patient assessment, education, triage, and care coordination. Responsibilities

• Assess patients and monitor their health status in an outpatient clinical setting.

   

• Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, procedures, and follow-up care.

   

• Support medication management and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

   

• Perform patient triage and respond appropriately to clinical concerns.

   

• Document patient assessments, communications, and care activities accurately in the electronic medical record.

   

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-up care as needed.

   

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.

   

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with established clinical policies and safety standards.

   

• Successfully complete required drug and nicotine screening.

   

• Comply with the facility's non-smoking policy.

   

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas required.

   

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

   

• Previous nursing experience preferred; outpatient clinic experience is a plus.

   

• Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.

   

• Strong knowledge of patient assessment, medication management, patient education, triage, and care coordination.

   

• Excellent communication, critical-thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills.

   

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical environment.
