Position Summary
The Cross-Campus Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) provides staffing support across multiple Women's Services locations to address fluctuations in obstetric census, varying patient acuity, and staffing vacancies. This role serves as a flexible resource within Labor & Delivery and Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) units, helping maintain safe staffing levels and ensuring exceptional patient care.
The Cross-Campus RN will be assigned based on operational needs, shift vacancies, patient acuity, and call-in support requirements. Individuals in this role must be comfortable working across IU Health Fishers, North, and West facilities.

Minimum Qualifications
Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Exceptions: Candidates who have not graduated from a nationally accredited program may be considered if they possess more than two years of acute care experience. Such exceptions are subject to review and approval by the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to patient care policies.
