Job Description
Job SummaryProvides compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients within a specialized hospital setting, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.Key Responsibilities
Implements the identified plan and coordinates care delivery
Employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment
Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes
Applies the principles of professional codes of ethics that ensure individual rights in all areas of practice
Utilizes current evidence-based nursing knowledge, including research findings, to guide and evaluate practice.
Utilizes current resources related to standards of care, policies and procedures, and patient needs.
Required Qualifications
RN License in State of Practice
BLS-Basic Life Support
Preferred Qualifications
BSN
2 years of Acute Care Nursing
