We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for PRN opportunities throughout our Northeast Georgia service territory, serving communities from Atlanta to Augusta and surrounding areas.

Position Highlights

• PRN opportunities with flexible scheduling

• Paid weekly

• Standard two-hour nursing visits

• Additional compensation for qualifying time worked beyond the initial two-hour visit

• Opportunities to provide a variety of skilled nursing services in clients’ homes

Nursing Compensation

Additional compensation applies for qualifying time worked beyond the initial two-hour visit, according to the applicable visit type and compensation terms.

Clinical Services

Depending on the assignment and each client's individualized Plan of Care, nurses may provide services in the following areas:

• Wound care

• Ostomy care

• Tracheostomy care

• Bowel and bladder care

• IV infusion therapy

• Other skilled nursing services

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services in accordance with each client's individualized Plan of Care and applicable clinical requirements.

• Assess and monitor clients for changes in health status.

• Promptly communicate changes in condition, clinical concerns, and other relevant updates to the Director of Nursing and appropriate healthcare professionals.

• Complete required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Maintain professional standards and comply with applicable nursing regulations and agency policies.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state where services are provided.

• Required: Bowel and bladder care experience.

• Required: Minimum of one year of documented hospital bedside nursing experience.

• Preferred: Three to five years of clinical nursing experience.

• Preferred: At least one year of experience in home health, primary care, or another healthcare setting.

• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
