HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel nurse Correctional for a travel nursing job in Shelby, Montana.

Job Title: Registered Nurse (Correctional RN)
Location: Shelby, MT
Start Date: 08/31/2026
Duration: 6 weeksShift: Days or Nights depending on client needs
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- Valid driver's license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Experience providing patient assessments, medication administration, sick call, emergency response, and chronic disease management
- Must be comfortable working in a correctional healthcare environment and supervising LPN/LVN and unlicensed medical staff
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year of professional nursing experience
- Previous correctional, emergency, or acute care nursing experience
Notes:
- Provide care to inmate/resident population, including pill call, sick call, emergency care, health education, and documentation
- Collaborate with providers and multidisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with correctional healthcare policies and standards

- 70 miles radius rule
- BLS (AHA)
