Qualifications
- Current RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hands-on nursing experience
- Ability to travel to patient homes within assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass MVR check
- Current CPR certification (AHA or ARC)
- Willingness to supervise in-home skilled nursing care for all age groups
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal casework and evaluate nursing staff development
- Conduct start-of-care assessments and re-evaluations
- Review physician orders and update care plans and documentation
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, and validating clinical staff
- Mentor field nurses to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Collaborate with operations and business teams
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies
