Schedule: Full time | Days

• Empower Clinical Teams: Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify educational gaps, ensuring every nurse has the competencies needed to provide exceptional, evidence-based care.

• Design High-Impact Learning: Create and implement innovative clinical programs that translate complex medical standards into practical, bedside excellence and measurable growth.

• Cultivate Professional Growth: Consult on nursing development initiatives that support career longevity and empower staff to practice at the highest level of their clinical licensure.

• Measure Educational Success: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs using data-driven tools to ensure that educational investments directly improve patient outcomes and team performance.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.

Work Experience:

• Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

• 5+ years of critical care experience preferred
