    Description

    Unit Description: Are you a nurse who enjoys hands-on care, patient relationships, and working alongside highly skilled specialists?


    Our Orthopedic team is made up of experienced, board-certified providers who treat the full spectrum of musculoskeletal conditions from sports injuries and joint degeneration to complex surgical cases. As a nurse on this team, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both surgical and non-surgical care, helping patients regain mobility, function, and quality of life.


    This role offers:

    • Clinical Lead support and close collaboration with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers
    • Exposure to advanced procedures and innovative treatment techniques
    • A fast-paced, team-oriented environment

    • A specialty area that blends clinical skill, education, and hands-on coordination

    Qualifications:

    • Orthopedic experience with direct patient care to include surgical scheduling, patient education, casting/splinting, wound care preferred.
    • One to three years of hospital nursing experience or office nursing experience preferred.
    • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont is required.

    On-call: Not required.

    Requirements:

    • Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
    • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
