How you'll make an impact in this role:Deliver exceptional direct nursing care by championing established clinical policies and protocols to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and well-being.
Drive and monitor individualized care plans, continuously assessing and documenting patient progress to dynamically adapt to their evolving healthcare needs.
Coordinate multidisciplinary care teams, serving as the central hub of communication between physicians, specialists, and support staff for seamless, holistic patient outcomes.
Execute physician and nursing orders with precision, acting swiftly and accurately to advance the patient's treatment plan.
Champion the discharge planning process from day one, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure patients and families transition home safely and confidently.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Education:
Certified Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 years of dedicated experience.
Proven background in women's health, spanning both outpatient settings and hospital environments.
