Registered Nurse - CICU

Summary:

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM / 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) based on unit needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in a dedicated CVPICU/Pediatric CICU Open Heart setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of care

Requirements:

• 50-Mile Radius Rule Applies
• Previous Travel Experience Required
• BSN required, ADN accepted with 6 years of relevant experience
• Active Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact License
• Certifications: PALS, ACLS, BLS
• Minimum 2-3 years of Staff RN experience in a dedicated CVPICU/Pediatric CICU Open Heart setting
• Weekend Requirement: Up to 75% of scheduled shifts
• No RTO will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment
• Seasonal Influenza Vaccine required; medical and religious exemption requests accepted

Preferred Skills:

• Pediatric CCRN strongly preferred
• VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) experience preferred
• Teaching Hospital experience strongly preferred
