How you'll make an impact in this role
Needs Assessment & Collaboration: Partner with nurse managers and staff to identify learning gaps and core competencies for specific patient populations or services.
Program Development: Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive educational programs using adult learning principles and diverse instructional tools.
Administrative Oversight: Maintain meticulous records of all educational activities and coordinate the continuity of staff orientation programs.
Mission Integration: Align all teaching activities with core values such as reverence, integrity, and service to the poor, fostering an environment of "Courageous Innovation."
Professional Contribution: Serve as a subject matter expert for hospital-wide or community programs while participating in and initiating relevant research.
