    Job Title: Registered Nurse – Case Manager
    Facility Location: 750 E Adams St, Syracuse, NY 13210
    Shifts: Day 5×8-Hour (07:00 – 15:00)
    Duration: 13 Weeks

    Job Description:

    • Work as an RN Case Manager in an acute care hospital setting
    • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Perform case management, utilization review, discharge planning, and care coordination duties
    • Preferred experience with:

    • MCG or InterQual screening criteria
    • CMS regulations related to hospital admissions
    • Utilization management/utilization review
    • Interfacing with healthcare payers and regulatory agencies
      • Collaborate with physicians, payers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure appropriate patient care and resource utilization
      • Maintain accurate documentation and communication using EPIC preferred
      • Must hold an active New York State RN license
      • Required certification: BLS
      • Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the last 2 years
      • Travelers must have experience in hospitals of similar size or trauma centers
      • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills required
      • Candidates must pass pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and background check
