Registered Nurse/Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional with EPIC experience to join our team. This position requires flexibility and the ability to float between two locations: Petaluma and Healdsburg, which are approximately 30 minutes apart. This role offers a dynamic work environment with varying weekly schedules, including every other weekend.

This role is based in the charming city of Petaluma, CA, located at 400 N. With its close proximity to Healdsburg, at 1375 University Ave, you will enjoy the unique opportunity to work in two vibrant communities.

Key Details

• Must have EPIC experience - this is a critical requirement.
• All requests for time off must be submitted upfront.
• The work schedule varies weekly, with potential shifts of 3 days at one location and 2 days at the other, or vice versa.
• Flexibility to work 5 days at one location if necessary, particularly during PTO periods.
• Includes working every other weekend.
