Sterling Medical is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM) to provide care to active-duty Coast Guard members in Kodiak, AK. Competitive wage based on experience.
BSN required
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license (any U.S. state accepted)
Minimum of 3 years within the last 4 years as a Registered Nurse Case Manager
Preferred Experience:
Military or federal healthcare experience
Prior government clearance within the last 5 years preferred
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage patient care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary medical teams
Document and manage patient care
Assist with continuity of care and rehabilitation planning
Support active-duty military members and other beneficiaries
A minimum of fiver years of professional experience as an RN; with at least three years of experience in the past five years as a nurse case manager.
