Description

We are looking for a full-time, Registered Nurse / Clinical Supervisor to manage a team of field Nurses in our Brooklyn office.

 

Job Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include:

Managing a team of Home Care Field Nurses
Serving as the primary point of contact between the Agency and your Nursing Team
Coordinating individualized care and resources to our patients
Ensuring Patient satisfaction and delivering services according to Agency policies
Strict adherence to applicable NYS and federal regulations

Qualifications

Requirements include:

  • Valid and current NYS Registered Nurse License
  • 2 years of clinical experience as an RN
  • 2 years of recent Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and problem solve
  • Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and other Insurance programs preferred
