Millennium Hospice, Inc. focuses on the best care for patients and support for family/caregivers. The Hospice Registered Nurse Case Manager plans, organizes and coordinates hospice care and services for the patient and family/caregiver in accordance with the plan of care. This position includes locations such as Owasso, Collinsville, Bartlesville and surrounding areas. Mileage reimbursement paid. We offer benefits including health, dental, vision and life insurances as well as other benefit policies. The employee is also eligible to earn paid days off and can accrue up to 136 hours yearly (this is accrued based upon the hours an employee works). Salary is commensurate with experience. SIGN ON BONUS $5000 (paid quarterly).
