How You’ll Make an Impact


  • Assess & Plan

    • Complete in-home RN assessments; craft individualized Care Plans with client/family approval.

  • Coach & Supervise

    • Orient caregivers to each Care Plan, perform field competency checks, and ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Monitor & Document

    • Track vitals, condition changes, and interventions in our HIPAA-secure EMR; escalate concerns promptly.

  • Collaborate & Advocate

    • Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and schedulers to keep care seamless and client centered. Work with the marketing team to educate and promote the agency's services.

  • Quality & Compliance

    • Maintain audit-ready client files, collect initial service payments, and uphold state home-care regulations.

What You’ll Bring


  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey

  • Bachelor’s in Nursing or related human-services field – OR – 2+ years’ geriatric/home-care experience

  • Solid clinical assessment skills and a passion for problem-solving

  • CPR/First Aid certification and a valid driver’s license

  • Warm, professional communication that builds trust with families and field staff
