Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Critical Care (CICU)

Duration: 13 Weeks
Location: 2220 N. Druid Hills Road, Atlanta, GA 30329
Schedule: Nights | 3 × 12-hour shifts | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 hrs/week
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Cardiovascular Critical Care (CICU) Registered Nurse to provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric and cardiovascular patients in a high-acuity critical care environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent RN experience

• CICU/Cardiac ICU experience required

• CICU-trained required

• Pediatric experience preferred

• Experience managing cardiac drips, ICU medications, and transplant medications

• Epic EMR experience required

• BLS and PALS required

• May be required to float to similar critical care units based on department needs

• Must be available to work every other weekend

Facility Requirements

• Flu vaccination is mandatory for the flu season. No exemptions will be accepted, including medical or religious exemptions.

• Nicotine-free facility: Nicotine testing is required as part of the pre-employment drug screening.
