Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiac Surgery Practice at the Medical Office Building in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our Cardiac Surgery team provides specialized outpatient care for patients undergoing cardiac surgical evaluation, treatment, and follow-up, working closely with cardiac surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary care teams to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.
The Registered Nurse (RN) role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their surgical journey while supporting complex clinical care, coordinating services, and helping patients achieve the best possible outcomes.
