Registered Nurse
Provide supports for children and adults in Chittenden County who live with severe and persistent mental illness. Work directly with clients in both an office environment and in field-based work in the community. The RN is a vital member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing integrated, community-based care. Job responsibilities include health screenings, medication management, and chronic disease education to individuals with mental illness, substance use disorders and co-occurring health conditions. The ideal candidate must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team modality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
