Registered Nurse Behavioral Health

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse Behavioral Health to provide compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient and/or outpatient setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for patients with behavioral health needs, administer medications, manage crises, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families, document accurately in the EMR, and support a safe, therapeutic environment that reflects Ascension’s mission of inclusivity, innovation, and continuous learning.
