Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an excellent opportunity for a Full time Registered Nurse - Behavioral Health Case Manager at the Fairfax Ambulatory Care Clinic in Fairfax, VA.
This position offers:
- Full-Time Schedule: 40 hours/week
- Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 0730-1600
- Outpatient healthcare setting
- Work-life Balance: No on-call, weekend or holiday requirements, with 11 paid federal holidays off
- Salary: starting at $82,000/annually

Essential Functions:
- Triage patients by gathering relevant information to assess the nature and urgency of behavioral health concerns.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments within the direct and purchased care behavioral health system.
- Facilitate emergent care coordination and transfers for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to develop and coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
- Work closely with the behavioral health provider team to monitor, track, and manage patients identified as high risk.
- Serve as a resource person and facilitator for patients, helping them access available community resources.
- Collaborate with Health Center Case Management staff to support ongoing case management efforts for behavioral health patients requiring case management tracking and assistance.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
- Minimum of one year of Behavioral Health or Case Manager RN experience, preferably within the last five years
