Registered Nurse

**This is a Contract (Possibility of Renewal) Position**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work at a Mental Health hospital in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma or GED, a minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience, and the necessary licenses and certifications to practice as an RN in the state of Texas (TX). This role involves providing specialized psychiatric care to patients and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license/certification in the state of Texas (TX).
• Must be available for 10 consecutive days of training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Availability for weekend shifts, which may be scheduled from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
• Valid American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC BLS) certification.
• Valid Regular Driver License (DL).
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
