As a Registered Nurse-Renal at Renaissance Management Company you’ll deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to patients with ESRD in an outpatient setting.

Renaissance Management Company, LLC (RMC) offers registered nurses work opportunities at our three 5-STAR rated chronic dialysis facilities, Fox Valley Dialysis, Tri-Cities Dialysis, Yorkville Dialysis and our impressive acute team, Fox Valley Acute Dialysis Services.

Chronic facilities are open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Scheduled days will vary based on patient care needs at each facility. Hours of operation are 4am-10pm (shifts are split AM and PM)

Chronic facility schedule options are 5 days per week-8 hours per day or 3 days per week- 12 hours per day.

Direct Patient Care: The Staff RN in hemodialysis is responsible for the delivery of all related nursing services for the End Stage Renal Disease patient and monitoring dialysis technicians to ensure they deliver safe patient care.

RNs need to think quickly and critically, using your nursing skills to assess the patients' needs. "Nursing 101"

You must have:

• Previous Hemodialysis experience is strongly preferred but not required.
• At least 1 year (12 months) of RN experience (Dialysis training will be provided)
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois
• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required;
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) preferred;
• Basic computer skills
• Additional skills or certification are a plus!

Salary Range is $38.00 - $48.00/hour.
