As an Assistant Director of Campus Operations (ADCO) / House Supervisor, you’ll play a critical leadership role in coordinating patient care activities across departments and campuses while helping ensure safe, efficient hospital operations. This role serves as a central point of communication for staff and leadership, helping navigate patient flow, staffing needs, operational challenges, and urgent issues as they arise.
