Salary: $73,000–$93,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a thriving outpatient surgery center in the desirable Ballantyne area!

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys hands-on patient care, working alongside a collaborative healthcare team, and making a meaningful impact in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document in the EHR.

• Start IVs, administer IV fluids and medications, and monitor patient responses.

• Provide clinical triage and address patient concerns.

• Assist providers with procedures and treatments.

• Educate patients and families on procedures, medications, and follow-up care.

• Coordinate medication refills, prior authorizations, and electronic orders.

• Respond to urgent clinical situations and assist with emergency procedures.

• Collaborate with providers, Medical Assistants, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For:

• Active North Carolina RN License

• Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

• Current BLS certification; ACLS if required.

• Outpatient, ambulatory surgery, or procedural nursing experience preferred.

• Strong IV insertion skills are a plus!

• EHR proficiency and excellent communication skills.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for patient care.
