Facility

Fort Yuma Health Care Center is an IHS facility serving the Quechan Tribe and surrounding Native American communities. Located at 401 E. Picacho Road, Winterhaven, CA 92283.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, nursing assessments, and triage
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and specimen collection
• Provide patient education and support continuity of care
• Document encounters in electronic health record (EHR)
• Support safe clinic flow and coordinate with providers

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Current, active, unrestricted RN license (any US state)
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• Minimum 2 years ambulatory/outpatient experience preferred
• IHS or rural healthcare experience preferred

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. No call, no weekends.
