About the Opportunity:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a top hospital
system serving Oskaloosa and Ottumwa, IA. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in Cath Lab, Emergency Department (ED), or
Med-Surg units
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and families to deliver outstanding
care
- Monitor, assess, and document patient status, treatments, and progress
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
- Support and mentor nursing staff and participate in ongoing education
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in Iowa or multi-state compact license
- Experience in Cath Lab, ED, or Med-Surg preferred
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care
