CPR: Current AHA/BLS CPR-Basic Life Support BLS Provider that is active for at least 1 year upon hire: * We ONLY accept AHA/BLS. * An IGRA TB blood test/QuantiFERON Gold (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a screener upon hire.

Firm start date 9/04/26 for PRN RN Night shift (630 pm - 730 am)

MTMHI REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY CLEARANCE
Require copy of current unencumbered Nursing license
Require copy of current driver's license or state identification

* We DO NOT accept online CPR certifications, Heart Code/Heart Saver BLS
T.B: We NO LONGER offer TB test.
One of the below STEPS must be fully completed before hire.
* A 2-step TB Skin Test within 1 year of HIRE date. (There cannot be more
than 21 days between the administration of the first TB test and the second TB test.
* An IGRA TB blood test/QuantiFERON Gold (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a screener upon hire.
* A Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a Screener upon hire.
TB Screening Annually after initial clearance
Influenza Immunization: (October through April)
* Proof of vaccination is mandatory annually during Flu season.
* Or approval of application for exemption.
MANDATORY
Orientation 7 days Friday then Monday Friday 8a 430p and Monday 630a 3p
PRN must work 4 shifts per month with 1 shift being a weekend day
Availability for the following month is due by 10th of current month
No special schedules
MUST be FLEXIBLE;work all units
MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs
No vacation days first 60 days
