    About the Role
    We're seeking a Registered Intern Therapist to join our Palm Beach Gardens team, providing individual, family, couples, and/or group therapy. The ideal candidate is compassionate, clinically skilled, and thrives in a culture built on autonomy, creativity, and collaboration.
    Responsibilities
    • Conduct mental health assessments and develop/implement treatment plans
    • Maintain a minimum caseload and complete clinical documentation per company policy
    • Provide clinical interventions to reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
    • Deliver excellent client care while collaborating with case managers, families, medical staff, and colleagues
    • Apply creative, evidence-based approaches to help clients meet therapeutic goals
    • Participate in clinical staff meetings and ongoing training
    • Communicate effectively across diverse cultural backgrounds
    • Uphold ethical standards and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Registered Intern license (FL)
    • Current NPI number
    • Valid Florida driver's license and insurability under company policy
    • Strong diagnostic, clinical, and crisis-intervention skills
    • Excellent written documentation, communication, and time-management abilities
    • Ability to work independently
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
    • Creative, innovative approach to therapy
    • Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
