GOOD FACE is a specialty massage therapy practice bringing together therapeutic care, natural beauty, and intentional self-care. We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist who takes pride in their work, values meaningful client relationships, and is excited to develop their skills within a supportive team.

This is a full-time employment position on payroll, with comprehensive paid onboarding and training before you begin treating GOOD FACE clients.

Compensation and schedule

First-year earnings are approximately $75,400, including 4% vacation pay, when completing the full-time target of 20 treatments per week over 50 working weeks. Compensation is based on completed treatments; actual earnings vary with treatment volume.

The position involves approximately 30 working hours per week, with shifts typically lasting six to seven hours. Daytime availability is required, along with some evening or weekend availability. We offer flexibility in arranging your regular schedule within clinic needs.

About the role

You’ll provide specialized facial massage and body lymphatic massage treatments following GOOD FACE methods, while applying your clinical judgment and adapting care to each client’s needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating a welcoming, attentive, and professional experience from consultation through aftercare.
• Assessing client needs, obtaining informed consent, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintaining accurate, timely client charts and protecting confidentiality.
• Preparing and maintaining a clean, organized treatment space.
• Contributing to daily clinic flow, including room readiness, sanitation, and laundry.
• Participating in training, mentorship, and team communication.

Who we’re looking for

You’re an RMT with a strong interest in facial massage and lymphatic therapies. You appreciate the details that make a treatment feel exceptional: thoughtful assessment, skilled technique, a calm presence, and genuine attention to the person in your care.

You bring:

• Current registration in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
• Full-time availability, including daytime hours and some evenings or weekends.
• A willingness to learn, practise, receive feedback, and refine your skills.
• Strong communication, reliability, and professional standards.
• An interest in building lasting client relationships and growing with GOOD FACE.

Previous facial massage or lymphatic massage experience is welcome. Specialized training in our methods is provided through paid onboarding.
