Job Summary
We are expanding our commitment to holistic and preventative care by integrating nutrition services directly into our clinical workflow. We're seeking a dynamic Registered Dietitian to join our team — someone with both clinical expertise and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities 

• Provide individualized Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and counseling for patients with chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia, CKD).
• Develop and lead group nutrition education sessions and classes.
• Work closely with physicians to build efficient referral workflows within the EHR.
• Track and document encounters for billing and quality reporting.
• Educate staff on the role of nutrition in chronic care management.
• Contribute to patient engagement efforts, health fairs, or outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required.
• Strong understanding of insurance billing (CPT 97802/97803/97804, G0270/71) and ICD-10 codes supporting MNT.
• Entrepreneurial drive and a collaborative approach to building services within a practice setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to compassionately counsel people making major life changes
• The ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of value-based care models (CCM, RPM, APCM) is a plus.
