Our established dental practice in
Smyrna, TN is looking for a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
This is a
Monday–Thursday position, giving you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday off!
Our Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 6:45 AM–4:15 PM
We believe in giving our hygienists enough time to provide excellent patient care without feeling like they're constantly racing the clock.
- Approximately 6–10 patients per day
We do not practice assisted hygiene. You'll have your own patients and the clinical autonomy that comes with being a hygienist, while working alongside a supportive team that is always willing to jump in and help when needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- $40–$45/hour, based on experience
- Bonus opportunity after 90 days
- Benefits begin after 90 days
- 6 paid holidays
- 8 hours of PTO earned each month (3 weeks per year)
- PTO increases to 4 weeks after 5 years
- 401(k) with employer matching
