What You’ll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal care based on each patient’s individual clinical needs
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver high-quality treatment
- Educate patients on their oral health and help them feel confident in their care
- Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients
- Collaborate closely with dentists, hygiene assistants, and other clinical team members
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and patient-focused practice environment
What We’re Looking For
- Current or soon-to-be licensed New Jersey Dental Hygienist
- Strong clinical and patient-education skills
- A gentle, compassionate, and patient-first approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A dependable professional who values clinical excellence and meaningful patient relationships
