Location and Hours of Positions.

PHN Lewistown Dental Center: 106 Derry Heights Blvd Lewistown PA 17044

Monday 8:30am-7:00pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30am -5:00pm

Friday 8:300am to 12:30pm

NO WEEKENDS

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene school
• PA Dental Hygienist license
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR), (preferred)
• PA Certification in Radiology (or willingness to obtain)
