Summary


We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our progressive, technology-driven dental practice.


Our office combines comprehensive dentistry, AI-assisted diagnostics, digital imaging, same-day dentistry, salivary diagnostics, sleep apnea therapy, facial aesthetics, and health & wellness services to deliver exceptional patient care. As an image-driven practice, we utilize DEXIS digital imaging, CBCT, intraoral photography, and Eaglesoft to provide efficient, patient-centered treatment.

Responsibilities


  • Welcome and prepare patients for treatment.
  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures using four-handed dentistry.
  • Take digital radiographs, CBCT scans, intraoral photographs, and digital impressions.
  • Support AI-assisted diagnostics, same-day dentistry, salivary testing, sleep apnea therapy, and facial aesthetic procedures.
  • Maintain sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance.
  • Educate patients on treatment and home care.
  • Maintain accurate records using Eaglesoft and DEXIS systems.
  • Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and daily office operations.
Qualifications


  • Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience preferred.
  • Experience with Eaglesoft, DEXIS, and digital dentistry is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
