Boain Dental Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team full-time. This position offers a consistent four-day workweek in a welcoming, patient-focused environment.

We are searching for a hygienist who takes pride in providing excellent care, building lasting relationships with patients, and working collaboratively with the entire dental team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental cleanings and periodontal therapy

• Take and review digital X-rays

• Complete periodontal charting and oral health assessments

• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care

• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records

• Follow all infection-control and safety procedures

• Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

• Current Missouri dental hygiene license

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong communication and patient-care skills

• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented

• New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply
